Wow.... an SCM tribe! Very nice. SCM holds a very dear spot for my wife and I. We saw them about 5 times and each one was amazing.
I noticed that there is a "New Project" on their site. Any more info on this? Is it a live compilation? I guess its too much to hope the original band has all gotten back together to tour and stuff with new material.

Fri, September 23, 2005 - 7:32 AMIt's a new live album entitled "Here and Now". I'm not sure who all of the band got back together for it. I know they've played a show or two in Seattle, but I don't know about a proper tour. It would be lovely, for those of us who live nowhere near Seattle, but I kind of doubt it. Even when they were together originally, they didn't seem to leave the Pacific Northwest, so I've never seen them live. -

Fri, September 23, 2005 - 2:25 PMThey did tour a bit... We were in Salt Lake City Utah at the time of their heyday... The came there about 3 times but did seem to have a big and regular following in Seattle. Their early shows were so fantastic... ritual theater as well as kick-ass music. I saw them right before the end in San Francisco on their final (I think) tour. They were good but you could see they didn't have the synergy they had with the previous incarnation of the full band. I hope they do tour again but will trust they will only do it if they are tight and ready.
